I came into the store about a week ago and had a great experience!! I dealt with a young lady named Shakira she was very nice showed me different phones and sold me the best Galaxy in store!!! Highly recommend! She made me feel so welcomed! The last girl was so horrible and always talking about her problems! I will be returning!!!!

I was very impressed by Iris' attention to detail. She was friendly, knowledgeable & patient. I'm a senior citizen & have limited cellphone experience. She made me feel comfortable & took as much time as I needed to explain & answer all my questions. She is definitely an asset to MetroPCS.
