“Bobby helped me and my mom set up an appointment and went over everything and took so much time with us. Originally I was just gonna get a new phone for myself and did not know my options and he went above and beyond to help me and my mom understand the best options and differences between plans and took extra time and patience explaining how our new phones would work and helped us with the best pricing options. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and very generous for staying an hour past closing when he didn’t have to, to inform us with updated information and what would be the most appropriate and cost effective options. He even helped my mother understand and work her new iPhone better than I could have ever helped explain. I highly recommend seeing him and this location! “My visit to this T-Mobile store was a great experience. I went there yesterday, and the customer service person was exceptional. Her name is Aileen M. She is a Mobile Expert. Aileen took the time to work out the best deal she could offer me for transferring to T-Mobile from Verizon. I have been a 14-year Verizon customer, but I have never experienced anything close to the service and communication I received from Aileen. I would definitely recommend this location and Aileen as your contact person at the facility. I think they have the best pricing and service.”
