“This place is so unique. You need to see it in person. Very clean. Cafe and restaurant on site. Things to do and other places to eat nearby as well. Staff great. Plenty of parking.”
“I have had a wonderful experience living in College Row for a year. Management is responsive, the staff is kind, and if you can afford the price (which is more affordable with more roommates), it is the most convenient housing on campus. The only complaint I have has been living next to the small gym, you can hear people working out very loudly at odd hours. Sometimes in the middle of the night, and at other times very early in the morning. I wish the staff would have done something about this, even though I believe the gym is supposed to close at certain hours.”

“Love the place. Cool. Good homes with great maintenance and also a lot of place in the backyard. Stores ate also pretty close and a lot of room. Some extra space also available to keep your stuff. Love this place so much.”
