“Decided to purchase my son the SE Savage Flyer, they were the closet to me that had it in stock. I wasn't local, but by the time I got there they had the bike ready and put together, everything works fine and will be coming back to purchase other bikes...”
“Staff is uber knowledgeable and friendly! They have lots of inventory that you can try before you buy. If you're in the market for anything bike related, check this place out before you buy anywhere else, you won't be disappointed.”
“Steve is one of the very best bicycle mechanics in Central Pennsylvania. He built my Miele Uno MS and knows the thing inside and out. It doesn’t matter which of my bicycles need servicing because Steve knows all of the builds. Every crew member in the shop always handles my ride with delicate care and professionally serviced to perfection each visit to the shop. I was devastated when Tom closed down his Cycle Circle on Plum, however Common Wheel filled that void quickly. C dubs has exceeded my expectations by far. You guys crush it, keep up the excellent work.”
“Great shop and great people! Everyone at both the Lancaster and the Columbia stores have been great to work with. They were more than happy to let my 11 year old son test ride several bikes. When we purchased him a bike, they went over everything about it with him which I really appreciated. We've gone back for service and were again very pleased with their customer service and support.”
“I'll keep it short - AMAZING BIKE SHOP BOTH SALES AND SERVICE! Bought 2 Magnum bikes over a year ago and just had them serviced by A&S. First service is free! Tike did phone consultation prior to us buying bikes and then we went and tested them. Had not ridden a bike in years. In one year we put over 800 miles on these bikes! Tike fitted us with the perfect bikes for us. Love this place and you will too!”
“I ordered the wrong size sun hoodie from the website, it shipped from nevada so i wasnt sure if i could return it here.
When i went it i was expecting a retail shop, this is more like a warehouse/store combined. Not much showroom but massive inventory it seemed like. There wasnt much to browse but that was ok.
They happily accepted the return, and even showed me the in stock options.
I also asked about a few other items and they grabbed them for me from the back and rang them up.
At no point did any of the guys here make it seem like i was a hassle or a bother. This really was the best part.
I travel, and visit a lot of bike stores. Usually with no goal or item in mind. I typically browse and only buy things if they have something i've been looking for. Some places seem put out by this, but these guys didnt seem to mind at all.
I'll be back for sure.”
“I’ve worked with Mark since he opened his first bicycle shop in Intercourse, PA, about 10 years ago. After expanding to a second location in Lititz, he has consistently delivered exceptional service. Mark always greets me warmly and takes time to catch up whenever I visit the shop.
Recently, I was experiencing recurring issues with my bike’s shifting and drivetrain. Mark and Josh made the process of updating the components on my 15-year-old Lynskey Cooper seamless. They clearly explained what updates were necessary and why investing in my bike was worthwhile. Their guidance ensures I’ll be able to keep riding for years to come.”
