After a bad experience at the York Market Street budget office I came over to this Budget location and found the Sunday afternoon Avis/Budget employee to be kind, organized, and professional with myself and the other customers. Thanks for your clarity and professionalism.

First and last time using Budget in Lancaster Pensilvania airport, after I prepaid my car and used my own toll pass, they charged me $46 a Hidden fee they don't explain why, then $14 for toll. Be aware of this. I used Budget in Allentown airport and this didn't happen
