One of the biggest advantages of Members First became clear immediately: they provided me with a debit card and four checks on the very same day I opened my account! This was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experience with Wells Fargo, where it took five business days to receive a new debit card. This delay was incredibly inconvenient, especially after my Wells Fargo account had been skimmed four times. Members First's quick turnaround saved me time and hassle, and I really appreciated their efficiency.
Beyond the excellent in-person service, I've also been very impressed with their online banking. The app is easy to navigate, and I was able to quickly find helpful information on several different sections of the site. This makes managing my finances a breeze.
While I'm still new to Members First, I'm impressed with their commitment to customer service, their streamlined account setup process, and their user-friendly online banking. The ability to get my debit card and checks immediately is a huge plus, and it makes me feel like they value my time.
