“I have been going to Brighton Cleaners for many years and I’m very pleased with their work and Sara is so sweet and friendly. I moved away and still go to Brighten Cleaners. I trust that they do a great job.”
“Nice machines and easy to use. Try the Puerto Rico restaurant across the street while you wait.
Ruthie who has always been there, not sure she gets a day off is terrific! She Helped pick out correct machines for big items like kings size comforters. And was super helpful with the loading and operation. It worth going there just to have her help!”

“Very clean, efficient, and welcoming! A very colorful environment, which surprised me at first, but it’s a nice looking place!
The kids area is a nice touch, and the workers were so kind and helpful. Especially Sylvia and Priscilla, they answered all my questions and were so sweet in helping me wash my clothes? hands down the best workers there! They were very fast
Definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs to wash their laundry”
“My washer stopped working at my house so I decided to try Big Wash for my laundry needs. The laundromat is spotlessly clean and there are numerous small, medium and large washers. There are also plentiful dryers. Not having been there before, I wasn't quite sure of the procedures. When I arrived at 715am on July 01 25, there was a most helpful gentleman there to assist me. He patiently showed me how everything worked and walked me through the process. I washed, dried and folded my laundry in no time and I was on my way. Thank you, Big Wash, and your employee for a job well done. I'll be back even after I get my washer fixed. You're the best! Rick”

“Today I do give it 5 stars because the place was cozy with the correct temperature today I did not feel cold and there is a man who is constantly cleaning THANK YOU”
“Fit my 9 foot work van in here. Good quality hot water and nice place. 15 dollars for 15 minutes. Not the cheapest, but the place is well worth it for the value here.”
“This is the cleanest laundromat I’ve been to. Their prices are average and they keep the managers number posted in big numbers in case of emergency. The machines are very rarely out of order and they keep signs posted with little instructions for their machines. Very well managed.”
“Dolly’s Wash House Coin Laundromat is a small family business that has been running for more than 20 years. To keep costs down, they operate the place themselves seven days a week. The machines are not new but are well-maintained. Personally, I find this place has an old character and historical charm that hasn’t been replaced by new high technology yet. All the machines take quarters, and they also have an ATM and two change machines inside the business.
The washers are fairly priced; one of their biggest, at 35 lbs, is $4.50. Despite being a small laundromat, they always have a laundry attendant who is helpful with any questions or problems. The bathroom is locked for customers only, and there is no Wi-Fi available. A parking lot is available for Dolly’s customers.
The location is great—it is close to McDonald’s and an Asian market next door, and I enjoy walking to the Peruvian chicken place nearby. The biggest charm of this place is their drop-off service for alterations and dry cleaning. Monday through Friday, they offer same-day laundry drop-off service as well. Although they are not responsible for any unattended laundry items, they have security cameras throughout the store to ensure customer safety.
I only use this place for big comforters, but compared to other places I’ve been (one in Dublin and one in Darmstadt), this is a pretty decent and charming old-fashioned laundromat.”
“I just moved into the neighborhood. I did my was here two days ago. Nice equipment! A friendly man was cleaning everything, everywhere. I am returning this morning. There is a sign on the door that reads, 5 min for 25 cents and a load will take 30-40 minutes. Believe that sign and poke them quarters in there. Place smelled great even!”

“I dropped off 4 items and was told that I could pick them up 2 weeks later. After 2 weeks I went to pick them up, but only 3 items were finished. I took them home and I am still waiting for the fourth item.”

“This is a clean laundry matt and I love that there open 24 hrs! The only thing i can come plain about is there isnt very many big washers and there the first that most ppl use. There vending machine doesnt work either so if you want something to drink while your waiting you have to bring something or run out.”
“The best. Location is a huge plus. Great service. I met the gentleman here and he only wants to please. Very nice guy! Its clean. Has a bathroom, that you can actually use. Best of all, plenty of machines and its usually not busy. Best coin op laundry in Lancaster County.”
