I recently opened an account at Members First Federal Credit Union, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful, making the account opening process smooth and efficient. They greeted me warmly and took the time to understand my needs, assisting me in every way possible and making the entire process a pleasure. I'm especially grateful to Susana Sepulveda for her exceptional assistance. She was incredibly helpful in linking my Google Pay account to my new Members First checking account, which made setting up mobile payments a breeze.
One of the biggest advantages of Members First became clear immediately: they provided me with a debit card and four checks on the very same day I opened my account! This was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experience with Wells Fargo, where it took five business days to receive a new debit card. This delay was incredibly inconvenient, especially after my Wells Fargo account had been skimmed four times. Members First's quick turnaround saved me time and hassle, and I really appreciated their efficiency.
Beyond the excellent in-person service, I've also been very impressed with their online banking. The app is easy to navigate, and I was able to quickly find helpful information on several different sections of the site. This makes managing my finances a breeze.
While I'm still new to Members First, I'm impressed with their commitment to customer service, their streamlined account setup process, and their user-friendly online banking. The ability to get my debit card and checks immediately is a huge plus, and it makes me feel like they value my time. I highly recommend Members First Federal Credit Union to anyone looking for a convenient and customer-focused banking experience.

The people are very friendly but have no knowledge at all as to everything that is helpful. We tried to do a car loan with them and every single customer service and branch person we talked to had different answers to our questions. They do what is best for them as a branch and what is most inconvenient for customers. I would highly advise to not join this bank. It has been a complete headache to deal with. Everything they do makes things overly complicated and more difficult for customers.

This credit union nver values their employees and when they fail then terminated them with no logical explanation. They only stretch certain race of people, less on minorities avoid this credi union not worth the trouble!

Great for local banking, lack of 24/7 customer support doesn't work for most in today's world. If local highly recommend seeing Angie (members service rep/should be manager), consummate professional, knowledgable, well versed & able to take some heat when finances are in disarray. Recommend, if local.

I can't thank Sarah enough for all her help in setting up a new checking account, debit and charge card. She was very nice, sympathetic, knew her stuff and answered all me questions and some I didn't even ask! I highly recommend them.

This is one of the worst banks I've ever dealt with and regret deeply that I took out my car loan with them. I recieve constant phone calls, more than half of which are from scammers that already have some of my bank info. Real bank reps also call regularly to try to sell you things from the bank and ask you for your acct # over the phone. Multiple security breaches, the app is always having issues, you can't get help from a real person without going to the bank.To clairfy, the people that work at this location seem nice. It's the bank itself, not this location specifically.

After a truly disappointing experience at another local branch earlier today, I was pleasantly surprised when a lovely employee helped my family set up an account for my step son with no issue. She advocated for our best interests, walked our step son through setting up the app and discussed at length all of his options. I was HIGHLY impressed with her and will be returning to this branch as a result of her superb service.

Members 1st CU customer service is absolutely pathetic. First, I call in and am told there is a 30-minute wait. Then once I get the callback (at least it was nice they offered that service), the rep takes myinfo and puts me on hold for OVER 30 MINUTES!! Every time I have called it's at least a 30 minute wait to get on with someone. This time takes the cake!

Would pick zero stars if I could. I've had 2 auto loans with Members 1st in the last ten years. Ive never had a late payment. Their online interface faulted and caused me to be out of $260. I was told by their customer service and a supervisor that there was nothing they could do. Filed a complaint over a week ago and still have not received a response. Members First is complete garbage and does not care at all about their customers. My reccomendation: find a real bank.

We've been doing business with Members 1st since we moved here from Arizona two years ago. We have checking and savings accounts at the Lititz office and I just paid off a 24-month personal loan. We have always been treated well by the staff. They've been extremely helpful (I can't share the details) and very welcoming.

Charged me over $70 in fees in just one month, terrible bank, terrible customer service, really terrible everything. Go to Bank of America, it's somehow actually better.
