“I brought 5 Seiko watches in for repair; none were running. Two of the watches had some corrosion in the movements and he was unable to find replacements. He does not rebuild movements, which is certainly his choice. No biggie. The other 3 required batteries/capacitor and were repaired. One of the watches is 28 years old and has needed a battery for years but I neglected it. He got it working with some extra work for the simple cost of a new battery. The solar watch needed a battery and then needed the contacts cleaned. He kept it running to monitor its accuracy and called me when he was satisfied it worked correctly. Certainly, I was bummed to find out 2 watches couldn't be repaired here, but I'm the one who didn't maintain them properly. And I am thankful he got the other 3 watches working. Customer service I have to say was always prompt and courteous.”
