I didn’t look forward to switching phones, as I was so used to my old phone and didn’t look forward to having to figure out all the differences a new phone presents. I was very fortunate to have Dustin help me get exactly what I wanted. He was very professional, pleasant, and patient as he explained in detail everything about my new phone. After he had set everything up for me, and answered my many questions, I left very confident and pleased with the whole experience. Then I had a problem getting my car to sync up, and he came out and spent even more time getting it set up with everything working perfectly! He truly went above and beyond, and I’m extremely grateful for his efforts and expertise. He worked with me quite a long time until I was completely satisfied that I knew how to fully operate my new phone with my car system.
