“This place is hands down the best atmosphere for purchasing phones or internet service. The whole staff is super nice and truly cares about helping you out with any questions or concerns. They don't just treat you like a customer. They treat you like a human. They interact with you and just make the whole experience better. The employees go above and beyond to help you with what you need. We have been in and out at least 20 times within 6 months, with issues with a phone that was carried over from Verizon, and they have not been upset once about seeing our repeated faces. Please be patient with them and know that they are doing all they can to help. Highly recommend this store and provider to anyone! We will continue with Xfinity as our carrier BECAUSE of this store and the vibe. Thank you so much to the crew!”
