“My girlfriend and her family have been using R&S Service Center for many years. Her grandfather took his vehicles here as well.I've only been going here myself for the last two years.My experience has always been great. I think the best thing about them is their honesty and integrity.They've recommended that my girlfriend search on her own for a headlight assembly because it would've been more expensive through their source.They do a great job and are very busy. I also appreciate that they'll tell me it will take some time before they're able to get to it, instead of just trying to get it in without any time frame.The only thing that would make me happier is a drop box. Unfortunately, I've had to have vehicles towed here late at night and had to come back later with the keys when they were open.As long as the gas station is open, you can leave your keys with them.Great service, highly recommend R&S”
“I had my car at another shop (hit a deer) and they were unable to find a rental car for me over the holiday weekend. My insurance company hooked me up with Hertz rental at this location and actually booked me a rental but the Hertz location there was closed. The very nice gentleman that I spoke to at the collision center (Tom, or John, not sure which) took the time out of his day to locate a rental car for me, and I wasn't even his customer. I can't vouch for their repairs but if they give that kind of service to a total stranger over the phone, they are #1 in my book for customer service! Thank you thank you! You saved my Thanksgiving!”
“Got an enhanced inspection done here. These guys were the only ones to fit me in through a 5 day window, every other place near adams county that does these inspections told me it would take around a month to do it. Picked up and my car and noticed that a rattling sound had disappeared, chuck went out of his way to reaffix my heat shield. Also, it passed the inspection with flying colors. Point is, these people are honest and trustworthy. I can’t remember a single time my car has ever passed an inspection without them telling me it needs at least something.
