Prompt, incredibly friendly. Went out of their way to be sure my work was done on time (tires). Put the spare back and reloaded the items that had to be taken out to get to the spare. Above and beyond!

I used Mike's for a pre purchase inspection. I live roughly an hour away, and I was able to do everything over the phone. The inspection was very thorough and gave me enough information to determine that the car was not going to be a good buy. The price for the service was very reasonable as well.
