“I had an excellent Service Experience today at Macintyre in Lock Haven PA. I was having difficulty getting a competent Privately owned car repair shop to FIX the problem I was having with my GM Car. Most of them were guessing WRONG doing repairs that didn't have to be done, and NOT fixing the problem I reported to them. They OVER Charge, didn't ask for approval of an amount$ BEFORE they go ahead and CHARGED ME. So I called Macintyre for an appointment, brought it to their service department. No guess work they determined what the problem was, had the Wheel Bearing It needed in stock, quoted me a FIRM price and installed it.12 month, 12000 mile warranty and charged me LESS than an independent car repair shop that didn't know what they were doing. In the future I will call them when I need service.Great job by their staff and a fair price for the service.”

“Before coming to European Imports, I had contacted three large dealerships about some used VWs on their lots. Those dealerships were ALL pushy and sketchy (one tried to get me to put down a $500 deposit before I could see a car). I had contacted European Imports to test drive a 2017 VW Jetta. “They were able to get an appt scheduled for me a whole WEEK before the other garages in town in could. They were able to find, diagnose, and replace the part (coolant thermostat) ON THE ACTUAL DAY OF THE APPT and I had my car back to me in less than 48 hrs. Yes, depending on the part(s) you need it may take longer, but this same-day turn-around scenario hasn't happened to me in quite awhile! For that, 5 ⭐ for sure!”
