Ok. after 3 more rental experiences since the above post! I update from very strong to top 1% for customer service! I have travel extensively globally for business and pleasure for over 30 years. With few 4 separate engagements, over a few years, I can say if you need to rent a vehicle go to this place! you will be very happy for the experience!”
“I recently rented a car from Avis in New Kensington for a family vacation, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Jay, Sue, Nick, and Kelly were absolutely wonderful to work with — friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for our trip, a 2025 GMC Terrain that was just the right size, loaded with all the bells and whistles, and surprisingly great on gas. When our trip ended up being a day longer than planned, they were so flexible and made extending the rental completely hassle-free. If you ever need a rental car, I highly recommend this Avis location — they’ll take great care of you and make you feel like family! Thanks, guys! ?”
