“As a new patient, just recently diagnosed with sleep apnea, my experience was surprisingly smooth and things moved relatively quick! The Rep actually called me on a day they aren't typically open (a Saturday) just to set up my appointment with them to receive my equipment. The respitory therapist arrived on time and he explained everything in detail and made sure I could operate the machine and it's parts without any issues! As for the machine I received, it is super light weight and quiet which is great! Colin was the RT I met with and I am very appreciative of his help, from answering all my questions, to walking me through the use and care of my CPAP as well as the app and all the info I needed to get startes. He didn't leave me with any worries or concerns! He gave me his contact info just incase I needed any further help. I very much appreciated that.
