“Three stars because of the friendly staff when I go, but this is a small post office that doesn't have the shipping systems you would find at one of the bigger post offices. Recently, I tried to send a Christmas present to my friend and used this post office to ship it. Tracking the package, me and my friend were so excited when it said out for delivery but then realized it wasn't in the right city. It was marked as undeliverable and sent back to me. Looking at the delivery, it stated that the city it was out to be delivered in had a zip code ending in 8 and my friends ended in 0, which I'm guessing there was an error in what was written on the shipping slip that the post office rights because my addresses on the package were marked clearly. because the staff is friendly. But, this is a small post office, and I had the experience that an error was made shipping my package. Not thinking to look ahead at the hours, because most post offices open at 8:30am (I thought they all did) when I took the package back to get the error resolved and get my friend her now very late Christmas package, I found out that this post office doesn't open until 9:30am. Luckily, I was able to go to the Blairsville post office and they fixed the issue.Would recommend sending out letters from here or buying stamps, but it may be better to drive the extra 5 minutes to Blairsville to make sure the delivery is entered right in the computer.”

“To be honest, things were a bit rocky when I first started coming to this Post Office. Looking at prior reviews, it’s clear a lot of people had the same problems I did. Many of us have definitely noticed the change of faces.
​But it seems in the last year some things have shuffled around, and my gosh, I give it all 5 stars! The assistance at the counter has been extraordinary.
​I hope those who visited before will have a better understanding of the extreme one hundred percent turnaround of customer service at this location. Every time I come in, I receive above and beyond help with explanations, understanding, time, and patience.
​Everything is working smoothly as a team. I’m pleased and I look forward to coming to the post office once again.
​The machines have been constantly upkept and things are fully in stock. Even on Sundays, the team behind the walls is hustling and bustling to get packages out! It is absolutely extraordinary.
​There have been so many post offices I’ve gone to where Sunday is an invisible day and nothing happens. THANK YOU to everyone for your hard work in helping get those packages out every day of the week. Thank you everyone for your exemplary service!”
