“During our recent move we were fortunate to have Dennis, Kevin, Danny and Marvin from the Ace Moving & Storage Co. help us with moving large equipment from our garage. We were impressed with their work. They were polite , organized, and worked hard without taking breaks. They were well prepared with the equipment needed for lifting heavy items. They did not ask for a tip, as other moving companies we hired had done. However, we were so impressed with their work that we gave them tips. Dennis was very organized . He and his team were able to complete the job in less time , saving us money. Our bill was less than the estimate!”

“It's very clean and seems to be pretty secure. However it was very, very hard to find. I even went next door to the Dollar General and asked where it was located and they couldn't tell me where it was at.”
“Very limited units at the moment, if any. I wanted two, but was only able to get one.Unit is very clean and the facility is nice. Locked with a key pad, so random people can't just come on the property. Staff was very helpful in getting me set up.”
“Overnight parking , clean restrooms , vending machines my apt was 8am I checked in 7am got door right way now it’s 9:50am I’m loaded. It’s frozen warehouse yes sometimes it takes longer but they make sure temp is right.”
“I currently have an environmentally controlled unit in this facility. They have cameras, high fences, and a password protected gate. Access not available after 7. Prices are very reasonable compared to competitors in the NEPA region. I am very satisfied with their service. However, this location does not always have staff onsite.”

“This is by far one of the best storage facilities I've used. I love the old building it is housed in, and the freight elevator is a really cool feature. The guy who works in the office is really on top of things and really efficient. He was super helpful when I moved in and explained how to use and operate things really well. Most of the people that store stuff here are friendly and cool, and I run into the same people a lot so it's like a weird little community within the building. My storage unit is clean, spacious and affordable. Only issue is the parking. The building is shared with several other businesses like machine shops. The guys that work there get frustrated when you park in the loading bay and try to get you to move even though you're parked there to load/unload. Outside of that area is parking in what I can only describe as a mud pit covered in cat p**** There's a cat hoarder in one of the dilapidated houses next door and they are all over the parking lot. Not ideal but not the storage facility's fault. Overall I would recommend this facility. Great customer service and a cool unique building!”
“Great experience so far with this PODS location. I ordered 1 POD that was delivered early morning by Roberto Flores who was kind and efficient. Had a panic attack when I realized it wasn't big enough so I called customer service. Eddy helped me get a second POD delivered same day, Mark the Manager called to confirm. Roberto delivered again and helped change the pick up dates so both PODS would get picked up on the day we were selling our home. I believe another gentleman named Mark also picked up the PODS. Helpful, kind, fast service from so many people so far. Feeling optimistic that the rest of our move will go smoothly and super thankful for these folks for helping us out!!”
“24 hour access if you've paid your bill. Clean and easy to use. Prices are very competitive if you calculate price per cubic foot, not just square foot. Cubic is Length x Width x Height.Lots of places have a 5 x 10 but the height varies.”
“Perfect location, easy in and out! Been a customer a long time. Recommend it if your looking for a storage unit for non collectables! Only outside units at this location on the Pittston by-pass! Good prices. Plus they offer insurance on the contents of the units!”
