I have a friend the living in there place and he gave a problem with the watch machine too for month is sad ..I belive is too much rent , some neighbors are noisy...look and try to be in peaple bissness..Do you Imagine!! Other then that is ok .. I hope they fix the watching maching ..

I enjoy the peace and quiet of my building. Especially the wind when in blows thru the pine trees in the summer. Maintenance was quick to the fix with a water leak in my closet. Only sore spot in the ugly tree line to the rear of my place. This place suits me. Happy I knew of it.
