“I enjoy the peace and quiet of my building. Especially the wind when in blows thru the pine trees in the summer. Maintenance was quick to the fix with a water leak in my closet. Only sore spot in the ugly tree line to the rear of my place. This place suits me. Happy I knew of it.”
