“Over the years I have used many storage facilities in various areas. The East Penn Self Storage in Center Valley has been the best! The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. They really know how to treat customers like family. They were as nice on the way out as on the way in. The units themselves are clean, dry, and well maintained. The electronic security gate never gave me a problem. Opened the first time, every time.I will be relocating soon, and nowhere near this part of the state, but that is the only reason I left.”

They were always friendly and helpful, and they showed strong initiative for communication around contract details, dates, costs, etc. Although we only need such items occasionally, this is the only place I go for vans, box trucks, or storage units.”

“I rented a trailer from this location last week and they were extremely helpful. After getting the trailer hooked up it became apparent that there was an electrical issue since the lights would not work. Wayel in particular was very helpful in solving the problem. He was patient and took his time explaining to me and showing me what he was doing and what the issue was. I had two small children with me and they were accommodating and made the whole experience a easy as possible when it could have been quite a nightmare. I recommend this location for your U-Haul needs!”
