The showroom is bright, clean, and well laid out so you can easily picture how everything might look at home. The sales team is friendly and never pushy, which makes the shopping experience much more relaxed. They listen to what you’re looking for and help you find pieces that actually fit your space and budget. Delivery is smooth and usually faster than expected, and the team does a great job setting everything up. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and they often have promotions that make it even better. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to browse, get inspired, and make your home look great without feeling rushed or pressured.”

“Lied about in stock items! I would have just purchased the living room set online but went into the store to be sure I liked it. Ralph assured me both pieces were in stock to deliver the following week. Not only did the loveseat go on backorder a few days later when my sofa arrived it was a damaged clearance floor model! I sent it back and when I called they apologized confirmed the sofa is also out of stock if I wanted a new one and gave me credit for the delivery charge. I would have been fine to wait a few weeks if Ralph had just been honest. Since clearing the space for the new furniture, I now have no living room furniture with a family of 5 for 2 weeks at minimum since I don’t have a new delivery date. I’m sorry but I do not expect this type of service from Raymour and Flanigan.
11/11/2025 *Update* ultimately I canceled my order but wanted to update my review. Everyone else I engaged with including the store manager Walter was exceptional and responsive. After an upsetting encounter with Ralph once again i think it’s safe to say this was an isolated situation. I am still a customer of Raymour & Flanigan but for this purchase I went to the main store down the road.”

“Loved the decorating advice I got from Judy; I get many compliments on the sofa/fabric she helped me to pick. When my cocktail table order was delayed for months Ethan Allen sent me a loaner, which was great. Ultimately EA couldn’t deliver on my cocktail table - it took 9 months to learn that, which was very annoying. But I got my money back and was able to find a table elsewhere so things worked out ok.”

“I highly recommend the La-Z-Boy store in Exton. Chris greeted me a few minutes after I walked in. I wasn’t looking for a recliner. I needed an accent chair for my family room preferably one that swivels. Chris pointed out chairs that fit my request and then left me alone to look at the chairs and try them out. After browsing, I approached Chris with some questions and showed him pictures of my room. He offered suggestions and showed me a few other types of chairs to consider and even some fabric options. He also involved Abbie who has a degree in design! . Chris was knowledgeable and friendly, and he listened and responded to my questions, concerns, and ideas. An overall pleasant and productive experience.”

“Visited Hobby Lobby several times between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the store was packed with an impressive selection of holiday items. It was definitely very busy and the lines were long, but they moved surprisingly fast and were well managed. “This store in a sentence: how the upscale moneyed set looks like they're outdoorsy without actually being outdoorsy. Or: decor, gear and outfits for entertaining at the "cabin" in the Berkshires. Tucked into a shopping center off busy Lancaster Ave/ US -30 in Paoli sits Trove General Store. It's a beautifully merchandised, well laid out store featuring warm brown tones against cool gray, some "vintage" style accents, mix of clothing, decor and housewares. None of this is "general store" unless you've got a cozy 6 bedroom cabin or a chalet at Aspen. You want to look outdoorsy without being outdoorsy- catered clamping is roughing it. Everything is lovely, and $55 is a sale price for a shirt. Three melamine stacking trays in different sizes will run you $85. Spotted a thick book on how to go camping that will not help you go camping but will look great on a shelf or a side table. Expensive, tasteful, fun to visit. I am not their customer.”
