“Went in today to pickup a new window A/c unit. A young lady by the name of Adrianna helped me. She was super well spoken, told me exactly the size and strength unit I would need to cool my apartment, and helped me find a cart to move the unit with.
The unit works great, and the store is fine, but my interaction with her is why Im leaving this review. She deserves a raise and a promotion with the great attitude and knowledge she possesses. 11/10 stars. When I come back for other items, I hope shes the store associate to help me!”

“I needed to match the 50-year old wood molding at my place of work which we needed to replace after replacing a few doors. At the design showroom I was greeted by Samantha Zorro who was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Not only did she help me find the exact replacement, she found that it was available in stock at two nearby locations and placed the order for me to pick up. Compared to the big box stores, this was like flying first class instead of coach. Truly concierge service. Well worth the cost.”
