Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Oaks, PA Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The store offers helpful and knowledgeable customer service, with employees who go above and beyond, are very helpful, and explain things in detail. Staff are described as nice, efficient, conscientious, and an asset to the company. While there can be standard gripes, problems with lines, and occasional issues with cashiers needing help, there is evidence of the store trying to make things better for the customer. The staff works hard to accomplish their tasks and provide assistance, such as helping customers get items from high shelves.
A big thank you to your employee Josh. I was lost looking for a solution and he was right on it! He took the time to make sure I had what I needed. Thank you so much. It’s not always easy finding an employee that will take the time to help.

Higher quality products then the other big box home improvement place, but typically that comes with a slight increase in price. Still need to go to plumbing supply for most things I need.
