“Brandon helped me fix my phone. I was very discouraged and thought I wasn't going be able to get into my phone working. Even over the phone they wouldnt help. He helped me and another guest and we both left extremely satisfied. Thank you Brandon for everything.”

“I’m here at the Malvern location where I came with what I thought was an unfixable problem I’ve never seen before. I was so kindly greeted by your employee Joseph. While admitting it was an unusual problem after I explained it he said he would try absolutely everything to get it working. It needed an internal shut down that he realized quickly & explained it to me effectively which should require an immediate promotion for that alone. He was patient with me & my mother. He said it was his pleasure to fix it & I wholeheartedly believed him. He’s a wonderful & extremely helpful guy & a most valuable employee!”
