“I had never heard of Vionic and stopped in while shopping in the area. Much to my surprise I was looking for just that, a supportive shoe for my trip after an ankle injury. Jeff greeted me with enthusiasm and plenty of knowledge about the brand I had never heard of. Jeff asked me a few questions and asked if he could measure my foot and if he could take the initiative of pulling some items for me to try. I sincerely appreciated his approach of asking as he was not wanting to be pushy and setting a boundary for me to decide. He was so helpful and understanding of my likes and dislikes. I could not have asked for a better experience at this store. I felt like Jeff kind of brought back this old school retail customer service that was above and beyond if that makes sense. I would highly recommend this store and I will be back as there was so many other cute items and accessories to choose from including adorable purses. Thank you Jeff and my feet will thank you too!”

“I bought dress shoes online initially, which looked and fit great. Wide sizes were easy to find. I got a stain on one of the shoes so rather than get the wrong product, I went into the store to ask about shoe care. Topanga, the manager, was very enthusiastic about helping me get the right shoe care products and how to use them. She even helped me get the right product for another pair of leather shoes I have. I took the shoes in with me so she could determine what the best products were for it. So glad I stopped in vs just guessing and potentially ruining my shoes! They look as good as new now! Highly recommend!”
“I went in to use my $15 rewards. It honestly is what made me go over for the day. I found a nice pair of sneakers and was looking forward to using my discount.Unfortunately when I showed my email. I had mistaken the date and it expired the day before. The cashier was like I'm sorry that stinks, I'd be so mad. Then she unexpectedly said let me use this code it will give you $10 off. I was beyond happy and grateful. Thank you for having wonderful staff. Even though it was my mistake on the date of expiration the cashier made me enjoy my experience. “Absolutely amazing experience at this Jimmy Choo location! My sister and I drove 2 hours here just because the reviews were so great compared to other locations near us. Well, it was ABSOLUTELY worth the drive. Every single person who helped us was extremely kind and helpful. Jimmy was our sales associate and he was AH-MAZING. I came to get my wedding shoes, which I had been researching for a while now. He made sure to ask all the questions and pulled many options. I never felt pressured and he was so fun to talk to. I ended up getting my dream shoes! Because they didn’t have my size in the shoe at the store, Jimmy had to order them and assured me they will be perfect when they arrive, which I know they will be. This trip was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend coming to this location if you want to go to a Jimmy Choo store. We will be back!”

“We were immediately greeted by friendly staff. After our early appointment was cancelled due to a power outage, we took our chances to just walk in browse the dresses after having lunch at Terrain. Alison gladly made time for our group, was friendly, courteous, and discussed the overall plan for trying on dresses with enthusiasm and having the bride-to-be as the main focus. She read the room very well, helping narrow the focus and ultimately led to a successful dress buying experience. The prices and quality were great. Other staff chimed in so nicely, peeking around the corner, smiling and were kind and encouraging, giving compliments to our bride to be. I really enjoyed the afternoon at Anthropologie Weddings. They had great knowledge of their product and were friendly and professional and a pleasure with which to interact. In today’s world where customer service is an afterthought, Allen Edmonds does it right not to mention having great products. Their shoes are top notch and feel so solid and well constructed.”
