“Wow guys what a place. First of all this is by far the biggest disc store in the area and basically on the whole east coast! Basically every disc brand you could think of is represented here. You can get discs, bags, carts, baskets, disc retrievers, chalk bags, towels and I might be missing more. You could come here and build a bag and not need anything else from other places or online. They have around 25,000 discs in stock! Nick is a super nice guy and will help you with any questions you have about almost any disc. Overall 10 out 5? definitely a disc golfers heaven??”

“The staff went above and beyond at this location. We live in Lebanon and the tractor supply in our town were out of dog food I was working so much I didn’t get much spare time so freaking out 10 minutes before the store close I asked if the next closest location had it which was 12 minutes away from the Lebanon store. My Boy friend called and they said they would stay open for us so we were able to get dog food!!! Life savers our three German shepherd were more than thankful!”

I called around to different hardware stores and finally found out that Fricke's was one of the few stores who still build, repair, and re-screen screens for windows. A gentleman asked me if I was there for a pickup. When I told him what I was looking for, he told me exactly where it was and then walked there with me to find it. “Went in looking for pet safe snow melt and shoe grips for ice and snow traction that I saw on their website(which was unclear about whether or not the shoe grips were in stock or not.)Turned out they weren't in stock after all, but one of the employees went with me back to the aisle I thought the item might be in to confirm for me that it was the correct location for the item and to help me double-check and make sure it definitely was not to be found (even after he checked the store inventory on his handheld beforehand and showed they had none on hand.)Furthermore, after I thanked him and ended up on the opposite side of the store to look into some heavy-duty boots, he followed up with me to confirm he double-checked any items that could have been similar to what I wanted to make sure they had nothing like what I was looking for. After answering some of my questions about the work boots, he checked to make sure I had everything I needed and pointed me in the direction of the snow melt I was looking for.Well above and beyond what I usually expect these days in major home improvement stores.”

I pushed the button at the paint counter and a very nice and knowledgeable person came to quickly make my two gallons. He was very helpful and I only had to wait a very short time (less than 3 minutes). The store was clean and parking and convenient. The only issue is finding some products that didn't fit into the signage for each aisle. I went Friday late afternoon. So maybe that was a non-peak shopping time.”
