“I needed several lights replaced in my house. Through a recommendation I called Hawthorne Electric. Jamie came out and did a wonderful job. Well I got the bill yesterday and I guess I forgot they told me I had to pay for travel time. The bill was much more than I had anticipated. He also put a dimmer switch in and I was probably charged double for that. I would use them again if they were closer to where I live.”

“I was in need of new window screens for my house. I had one old screen frame as a model. I called around to different hardware stores and finally found out that Fricke's was one of the few stores who still build, repair, and re-screen screens for windows. All of the employees there were very helpful and I can tell that they all work hard to make this store a great place in the community. Great experience. Highly recommend.”

They are never pushy or intrusive, but always there if you need help. Also they give great discounts/coupons which can usually be used on any purchase. Glad they're so close to my house!”

“I stopped in yesterday at lunch to purchase a 3 prong converter. I went up and down the electrical aisle several times until I became frustrated and went to customer service. A gentleman asked me if I was there for a pickup. When I told him what I was looking for, he told me exactly where it was and then walked there with me to find it. I wish that I had gotten his name because I want to let you know how great a job he did.”
