“Easy to schedule, prompt follow up, and they got the oil change done in about 20 minutes, which was nice and quick. However, I had very dirty hand prints from the techs gloves on my hood, fender, door handle, and inside my truck. I would have preferred the job to take 30minutes or a little longer and not needed to come home and wipe down my truck. At $118 for the service, this wasn't what I would call a cheap service where I would expect shortcuts.”

“We got a flat tire while site seeing, and visiting Lancaster. There were torrential storms roads closed trees down, and somehow another. We could not find anyone to help us. Jack was absolutely amazing! He and his team helped me with not only figuring out that the tire was actually shot, but put the spare room for us wrapped up the old tire and really helped us out tremendously.”
“I came in around the beginning of November, and worked with Shawn. He was a great guy, gave me very good advice, and orchestrated getting a full set of tires on the vehicle within two hours from when I first called. Great experience.”

“Harrison is one of the best and most honest mechanics I’ve ever taken our vehicles to. His prices are very reasonable and he does great work. Been taking our cars to him for 5 years since we moved to Lancaster and have never had a problem. I know he’s been in business here for multiple decades but still seems like a hidden gem.
Pro tip: There are multiple auto repair places in the same building. Harrison’s shop is through either of the two garage doors in the middle. I believe one is white and one is red.”

“First and foremost this place should get more then 5 stars. beides their excellent service, they come through when you need them. For example, today my girlfriend locked her keys in her the car. she walked up to McCoy Automotive. She told them what happened and no questions asked, A worker name Colin jumped, took my down to my car and got my car unlock no question, no problem and did it and real good time in like ten minutes. I recommend this place to anybody!!!!”
