“Came to CW to get my car serviced for a key stuck in the ignition and they were rapid with my repair. Great customer service and communication. Brought my car back to have them look at something from the initial repair with no additional cost and they found other things wrong with my car and took care of it right away. No waiting and no that’s not our problem. They took care of me like I was their only customer. Also fair pricing. Especially in this economy they do not gouge your pockets. Highly highly recommend. Family ran company where they make you feel like family.”

“I might just be easily impressed because I don’t usually visit these drive-through service stations, but I was incredibly impressed with the service that I received this morning. The specialists were all incredibly friendly and very efficient at their jobs as well as working together very very well to provide service to all of the customers that were currently present. I didn’t wait long at all incredibly last time than I expected to wait and the service itself was incredibly fast. And all lower than the price I expected to pay. I will definitely be back for sure.”

“I had never been to Jack Williams before. I was late for inspection, and they got me in the same day I called. They were very thorough and gave me suggestions on several things my car is due for due to its age. There was no pressure to book with them. The staff was very friendly and they had a great little place for my grandson to play while we waited. It did not take long, and was $30 less than I usually pay for inspection. Great place and great people. I would go there again.”
