“Casey, as always, got me the help I needed super fast when I needed a second opinion on if I needed a new alternator or not. No charge to look at it. Friendliest guy you'll meet. Thanks Casey!”

“We got a flat tire while site seeing, and visiting Lancaster. There were torrential storms roads closed trees down, and somehow another. We could not find anyone to help us. Jack was absolutely amazing! He and his team helped me with not only figuring out that the tire was actually shot, but put the spare room for us wrapped up the old tire and really helped us out tremendously.”
“Excellent Service everytime! Honest, friendly and goes beyond expectations! Always tries to save you money. Reputable family business! Ask for Zack! You will be so glad to do business with Wissler's Service Cente!! 5 stars for sure!! 😃 👍👍”
“I came in around the beginning of November, and worked with Shawn. He was a great guy, gave me very good advice, and orchestrated getting a full set of tires on the vehicle within two hours from when I first called. Great experience.”
“Harrison is one of the best and most honest mechanics I’ve ever taken our vehicles to. His prices are very reasonable and he does great work. Been taking our cars to him for 5 years since we moved to Lancaster and have never had a problem. I know he’s been in business here for multiple decades but still seems like a hidden gem.
Pro tip: There are multiple auto repair places in the same building. Harrison’s shop is through either of the two garage doors in the middle. I believe one is white and one is red.”
“This was my first time getting an oil change at a Vavoline. First of all the manager, Stephanie, was AMAZING! From the moment I pulled up she was so kind. She told me a little about the offerings and directed me to a gentleman named Ray, who took over the process and was sooo nice and easy to talk to. Quan did the oil change and checked my lights, air filters and was transparent about everything he was doing. I’m so appreciative of Stephanie for running an establishment where everyone was kind, honest & a great vibe. I’m never going anywhere else now. 🤍”
“An incredible blessing to have a local mechanic that you can fully trust. I have had some pretty significant concerns with my vehicle over the years, and never once have I been taken advantage of, or my concerns minimized. Work is always done very well, as quickly as possible, and with great consideration for cost. And they always take the time to explain what’s going on. I feel as taken care of as if I were a family member. Ron, you are huge blessing to this community.”
“Great service knew what they where doing and skilled, and honestly great people. Victor is also a great human being, Knows what hes talking about, great guy to talk to! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE OR PROMOTION!!!!”
“Definitely a must go to whatever it is you need done. Preston thank you so much for your help and patience, arramis(sorry if I miss pronouns your name)a great leader and patron. If you are visiting Lancaster and have car problems, this is the safe place to solve the problem. Thank you guys (i got my inspection stickers)”
“First and foremost this place should get more then 5 stars. beides their excellent service, they come through when you need them. For example, today my girlfriend locked her keys in her the car. she walked up to McCoy Automotive. She told them what happened and no questions asked, A worker name Colin jumped, took my down to my car and got my car unlock no question, no problem and did it and real good time in like ten minutes. I recommend this place to anybody!!!!”
“What a lovely group of gentlemen! All staff were friendly, helpful and polite. They all worked together really well…. Kinda like a well oiled machine.. or engine, in this case :)”
