Something magical must be in the water at the Park Place Mall because literally every single staff member was a straight up angel to me, my wife, and the throng of toddlers on our heels. We had my daughter's birthday here and I've never been so happy to pay 30$ for a stuffed animal. You are going to be so bowled-over by the level of professionalism, the attention to detail, and the GENUINE CARE from the staff. “I come here for Tamiya paints and the occasional model. I want to love this store, but It doesn't feel too inviting. When customers come in, there's no "Hello, can I help you find anything?". I certainly don't need someone to follow me around the store, but acknowledging that you have a customer in the store might be a nice touch.”
