“The LCD for my phone was broken, and CPR fixed it within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the screen went black again a few days later. They were very understanding and fixed it as soon as I came back and informed them of it. Unfortunately, this time, the screen seemed to be peeling in the corner of my phone, and the case was separating from the screen. They made it clear that the screen was defective. When I just asked for a refund, they were very understanding and gave it straight away. Very down to Earth and honest people.”
