The staff are polite, but it is super inconvenient that you can only check your mail during business hours. It makes it next to impossible for people who work during the day to receive mail. I wish they would leave the lobby unlocked for people with PO boxes. Mail should be accessible 24/7.

they seem to be not forwarding my mail I tested this by having friends mail me stuff from irwin and manor got mail froward from irwin to me yet all 3 that was picked up from mail boxes in manor never made it. have reported this to the post master. this has happen 2 times with change of address from manor. they are costing... read full comment

Lazy, costs me 100s of dollars in lost mail. They are the laziest people on this planet. If it takes them more then 10 seconds to work something out they will either throw it away or send it back.
