There are security cameras everywhere and a security fence that you need to put your code in if you go after business hours.
Their prices are comparable to other local storages. Cedar Springs Storage is one of the largest and niceest around.”
“I had to quickly rent a storage unit, because my bedroom ceiling caved in, and I was cleaning out my wardrobe with many pieces of clothing on my bed. I called Self Storage of Mount Joy and was immediately taken care of, and there was a bonus: first month free! My unit number and code were texted to me, and the unit was clean, and the padlock and keys were provided. I am very pleased and very thankful to use this unit while my ceiling is repaired. My mom and I had a unit here about 12 years ago, and we were very pleased back then, as well. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs valuable items safely stored.”

“I have rented storage from Sheaffer Storage each winter to store a boat. I must say that they are amazing handling the signup process, the communication, the facilities and the all important price. My rental this winter would include a new padlock, most places would charge me for the lock as well as the rental. Without prodding they texted me and asked if I still had my lock from previous years and deducted the amount of a new lock.
I chose a unit this year from memory and it was my fault that it was too small for the boat. Without a long process of refunding my payment and renting a larger unit. The change to a larger unit took place overnight without any significant problems. It went very smooth. They handled my mistake with great care and got me into another unit.
This storage rental is one of the only that doesn’t require to sign a contract for a specific timeframe. I wanted to have the ability to stop storage if the weather becomes good in an early spring and get my boat back on the water.
I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service they provide in a time where most companies don’t know what customer service means. I will definitely continually use Schaffer Storage and inform others about this service.

After checking in at the desk was given a door in about an hour after being unloaded got my bills within 10 minutes fast easy process. I will definitely deliver here again. When driving down Industrial the building will be on your left a large black mailbox on a red post on the street, building has green DC in upper left corner check in is between the two buildings. Backing into door can be a little tricky but go slow and you will be good, not much room to park so be mindful so others can move about.”
