“I went for 2 tires on my daughters car. Overall, they did well. Got the tires and an alignment. I felt a litlle pressure from the upselling in the beginning. “This was my first time using a service like this so I was not sure what to expect, I pull up a little after 8am and Rick made sure I was lined up with the lift correctly then took me over to get the paperwork out the way and went right into showing me the proper operation of the equipment in the shop. I was able to drop my transportation pan on my Camaro; change the rear differential fluid and test to make sure my car was working correctly. Rick was right as I got done WAY SOONER than expected and my favorite part was the price. This shop will be the benchmark going forward for shops that provide services like this for me. Clean, great service staff, some parts on site with local parts store nearby.

“I was pulling into a parking lot and my truck shifted to neutral on it's own , and when I tried to shift it back into drive or reverse , it stayed in neutral and told me that conditions wasn't right for what I was trying to do. The only gear the transmission would go into was park. So I turned the engine off , and restarted it and everything was fine to allow me to shift it into drive to continue on . I called Megan my Service Advisor at Jennings and she set me up with an appointment to get it checked and documented . I dropped off my truck in the morning and Megan called me shortly after my appointment time to let me know that there wasn't any codes in the computer , and no bulletins out on the problem occurring for somebody else , and she had spoken with the mechanics to find out if they had ever encountered the problem before , to no avail. But at least it's documented that the problem had occurred with my truck . I'm Very Happy with my Service Advisor , Megan.”

“After stopping at Antrim diesel for a part, my truck failed to start as I tried to head out. Richard and his team graciously diagnosed my problem, and rather than trying to sell me a new starter (mine had overheated and melted the solenoid) knowing I had one back home at my shop, they helped pull-start my truck with their forklift to get me back on the road and home. Richard refused to accept anything for the assistance, even after I tried several times to pay. This type of generosity and assistance is RARE these days, and my brothers out there on the road need to know that ANTRIM DIESEL got me rollin…”
“Very humble family that helps us look at the Turbocharger for our VW Tiguan. We called the garage 3 weeks ago and our appointment came as we dropped the car and Denny gave us a call where he updated us that the car part is worn out and it needs to be replaced. My car was diagnosed by previous mechanics, many said we can’t identify the issue, it’s just a small issue. However; Danny did inspect the part very carefully and found out the waste gate flapper went bad unfortunately. Again, the family is phenomenal, they know what they are doing, I am pleased and I thank you a lot.”
