“Almost the negative reviews seem to be about a particular mail carrier or what not, this 5 star review is for the actual office itself. Ive walked in there handful of times past two months for different things. Staff as always been pretty helpful and informative. They usually only have one person working, so you might need to give a yell for help, but there pretty friendly.”

The building is easy to access, the location is convenient, and the employees speak many languages while always finding a way to improvise and help every customer. Their one-on-one service makes you feel valued no matter who you are or what you need. They also offer printing, faxing, and copies, plus the most affordable packaging supplies I’ve seen—bubble envelopes starting at just $1.99. To top it off, they even have fun colors like shiny blue and gold, perfect for sending packages in style for celebrations and special occasions. Truly the best UPS store around!”
“Best post office ever. Not a "real" post office staffed by uniformed post office employees, but a real old fashioned place run by the local post master. She is very friendly and seems to know everybody. I frequently mail stuff overseas or to APO addresses and she always knew all the regulations (about customs and whatnot) right off the top of her head. I always dread going to a city post office, because they never know which customs form I am supposed to use or whether I can get delivery confirmation or whatever. They inevitably get it all screwed up, have to call the manager, and look it up in some book. Major hassle. But not here - she is a walking encyclopedia of post office minutiae, and friendly too!”

“The actual post office location in Greencastle has helpful staff if you need to drop off a package or buy stamps, etc. As other people have mentioned there have been some issues with mail/package delivery but that seems to be more of an institutional problem”
“I didn't really need any services today but I figured that I would stop by and drop off my postcards at this post office. I chose it for no reason other than the name of the town so that it appears last in my list of Yelp reviews after Zolfo Springs. Welcome to Zullinger! When I can find a place that starts with ZY... on my travels, then I'll go there too! “The ladies that work in the office are incredible but the people who deliver can be difficult during the winter months they sometimes skip delivering packages which can be frustrating.”

“I've never had a bad experience here. Sure every time I go in, the line is long and I'll have to wait 10-15 minutes, but it's not like the employees are sitting there twiddling their thumbs. I always get my packages delivered in a timely manner. Packages that I mail out are also easily tracked using the tracking numbers on receipts the employees generate for me. Employees are always kind and helpful.”
