“I was in need of an auto body shop and was recommended to Dave Sutter Auto Body. Even though I am not fanatic about my car, it's always scary taking it to a new body shop for the first time.
I had both a door that needed to be repaired and painted and the front valance replaced. Bryan spent about a half hour with me explaining in detail the repairs that would be made. He also not only gave me several options of how to save money on the repairs but the potential drawback of choosing the less expensive option. He did an excellent job of setting my expectations if I chose the cheaper option. He could have easily just quoted me only the most expensive option and nothing else.
Truthfully, since I was paying for the repairs out of pocket, I was planning to visit several auto body places to get a quote. But after meeting with Bryan, I no longer felt the need.
The repairs ended being about the $1900 that he quoted. I am very pleased with repairs to the door, painting of the door and other touchups and the valance replacement!!!!
Obviously, I hope I never need auto body repairs again. But if I do, I will be going directly to Dave Sutter Auto Body!!!!”

“My Expedition overheated and dumped all its coolant late afternoon on a Friday on a road trip. We were able to call the shop and they said they would stay late and work on it to get us back on the road. We filled it with water and limped it 4 miles to their shop. They had it fixed and us back on the road by 8pm! We were fully expecting to be stranded in a hotel for the weekend and were very pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend this shop! Friendly, fast, knowledgeable and very reasonable!”

Tom at Kletter Automotive was willing to hear me out and gave me the time of day to look at my car. From there, it was a classic case of underpromise and overdeliver. I was told they could do the job, but it wouldn't necessarily be pretty, which I was totally fine with. When I went to pick up the car, you couldn't even tell it had any work done. The work was done quickly for a very reasonable price. I can't sing Tom's praises loudly enough. I'll certainly be giving Kletter Automotive repeat business in the future!”

“I have had my car repaired here several times — they always do excellent work at a fair price! I have gone to another car repair shop that was bigger (and a “Select” shop by State Farm) — they did an ok job, but clearly rushed/several problems not fixed well, including one that had to be fixed by the dealership later. But Precision never had any problems like that — definitely go to these guys!”

“Typically don’t do reviews. Called them with a brake issue in my wife’s car. They were able to fit me in 2 days later due to safety concerns that were raised by the staff. They also inspected and changed the oil while it was there so I wouldn’t have to bring it back the next month and be with out a car. They were extremely helpful and showed concern for my family’s safety. Then a few days later they reached out to make sure everything was working properly with the new brakes. That was an unexpected surprise for me and was greatly appreciated. Most businesses do not do things like that anymore. I will continue to use them in the future for all of my auto repair needs. “Its like a 4.5 , the recycle fee is kind of ridiculous, and because I was paying out of pocket they said they wouldn't charge me to come to me but tried anyways, the technician however corrected that , he called beforehand , the new windshield looks great and it was about 180$ cheaper than if I had to drive anywhere else like glassworks in ford city wanted almost 600$ my new windshield cost less than a 500$ insurance charge , and yes its cheaper to buy your own wipers so I did. (I was parked in the photo not driving head on lol) but it looks great no leaks .”

Now, a few years I am later back due a car accident and the customer service is still great from the time you walk through the front doors to the end. The estimator (Riley) really took his time to explain things to me and answered all my questions (and admittingly - he listened to me complain a bit about the accident and insurance!).”
