βItβs wonderful seeing smiling helpful faces when youβre under the weather. I so much appreciate the staff at the pharmacy. Today I was in and out so quickly. I didnβt feel like a number. They answered my questions with care and kindness. I also forgot a question,being when youβre not feeling well you canβt think straight, so when I called back they were super helpful and kind answering that one as well. Thank you so much! I appreciate you all very much!β
β20250713 Stopped here for gas before heading home from my road trip. It was busier than expected, but the lines moved fast. The gas prices is pretty reasonable consider the $4.25+ for Premium that I was paying for in Michigan. Do not recommend getting gas at any of the Service Plaza on the Turnpike. The gas prices are even higher, from my experience.β
βThis past Saturday early evening …actually right around dinner time….I experienced a medical situation that was very scary to me. I immediately contacted Connected Health via text (photos) and described all my symptoms. Within minutes, Dr. Suzanne Wolf contacted me with her diagnosis and prognosis. She was absolutely ‘’spot on ‘’ ….. what an excellent diagnostician!
I was so grateful for her quick response, reassurance, and expertise during this stressful time. Thank you, Dr. Wolf and Connected Health for being there when I truly needed you .β
βI had a prescription compounded by their pharmacists. The service was quick, wonderful and the price was reasonable.
Even the front counter helper was excellent.β
βNormally, I LOVE Costco, but a bit frustrated today. One, women's clothes in the front of the store and then divided up in the regular clothing section with men's and kids, rather than three separate sections. As a result, I had to go up and down double the number of rows in search of my item.
Two, I used the prescanned line, since I only had 15 items. Lady ahead of me had 15. I know because the cashier had to recount her items 3 times. Fortunately, it was only once for me. BUT, why recount at all--it's not like we could leave the line after being prescanned, go get some item somewhere and get back to secretly add to our carts!?!
I recognize I was on a mission to get in and out quickly, so these annoyances may not bother most people.β
βIf you grew up in the 50s or 60s you'll appreciate this little blast from the past. Adzema Pharmacy has a diner section where they serve good, simple food. Portion size is just right and coffee is good. The two waitresses are so kind and helpful. They are like sunshine in human form. According to a recent Post-Gazette piece, this place is the last pharmacy/lunch counter in the Pittsburgh area. Stop by to see how things used to be and pick up a few household items from the other side of the store. We did.β
βClean, ample parking, friendly service. Dave, Mgr, keeps on top of things. In a senior moment, I forgot one of my bags. Patty from Service Desk brought it to my car as I was loading. Most kind of her. Now that's what I call service!β

βCVS in Target (next to Giant Eagle and Planet Fitness) is a hidden gem! The pharmacists (Brittany and her colleague - I forgot her name, I think it starts with the letter K?) are experts and informative. They are both so helpful and provide great customer service. Today, I got my Covid Vaccine (they have Moderna!) and pharmacist Brittany made it painless! Her technique was legit?. Thanks for promoting vaccines and believing in science!β
βI like Giant Eagle grocery stores prices are high but you also get fuel perks so that's why the prices are high lot of good Quality Meats and vegetables and produceβ
βHad just bought groceries over the weekend when my refrigerator then decided to bite the dust, so despite keeping them in a cooler of ice until the new fridge was delivered yesterday, they still seemed questionable when I took them out of the cooler, so rather than taking any chances, I called customer service ahead of time to explain the situation and that I still had my receipt but had not gotten to use any of the groceries I just bought to see if I could return only the refrigerated items and get fresh replacements, especially given the price of groceries nowadays, and the manager was very courteous & understanding and agreed to do so as a one-time exception given the circumstances, yet whenever I called the Cranberry WalMart and asked the same for the other groceries I had just purchased there over the weekend too, their manager was the complete opposite in demeanor and refused to do anything whatsoever to help me, so I will now be giving my business solely to Giant Eagle instead for demonstrating more compassion toward their customers during a crisis, especially during a time when the price of groceries is at an all-time high and not everyone has the extra money to be throwing away on replacing wasted food they never even got to consumeβ
βSonyaβs doing a great job on the phone. I was returning a call of an Indian scammer spoofing their number. She handled it with grace and compassion 23/24 would call her again.β
βThis Giant Eagle grocery store has the typical departments for foods, beverages, pet supplies, flowers, gift cards, pharmacy, and banking. I sometimes do my weekly grocery shopping here. The store is well-stocked, and the employees do their jobs well. The prices are OK.β

βStacie and Riley are a wonderful team. They know their customers. If I need a booster or a new shot, this is my go to place. Stacie does a wonderful job administering the shot. And often there is a Target coupon as an added bonus.β
βWe recently ordered a cake for my childβs bday party and they did such a wonderful job incorporating basketball onto a cookies and cream cake. I wondered if it was possible and they really came through!! It also tasted delicious!β
βThey give you a good deal if insurance doesn't cover a prescription compare to cvs and giant eagle. They also tell you if insurance doesn't cover a itemβ

βJudy, Angel, Shane, &Dennis are I Great Crew of Associates at this Cranberry twp pa. Location, very knowledgeable about what their customers needs are and go the extra mile .β
βI drive here to grocery shop most of the time just to avoid going to the Cranberry location which absolutely sucks. This location, while a bit further, is 10000% better for a list of reasons. 1. The service is good. The employees are all actually working! One of the bakery workers kindly showed me how to use the bread slicer, the man who makes that delicious sushi is always so sweet and offers my son lollipops, those working the deli counter are eager to take customers' orders, the customer service representatives are always quick to adjust when things ring up incorrectly. 2. The food selection is abundant and fresh, they carry the items I need and some items I didn't know I needed. 3. The environment is clean, accessible, and easy to navigate. Also, they accept WIC here unlike the Cranberry location! 4. A liquor store is attached - very convenient around the holidays! 5. Parking lot is infinitely better than the Cranberry location aaaaaand includes expectant mothers and mothers with newborns parking spots - a definite plus!! 6. Starbucks attached which is nice to have the option to visit after you've gone through the madness that is grocery shopping.β

βAll of the staff here are wonderful. My prescriptions are filled promptly and all of my questions are answered. They are so friendly. We have a Walgreens 2 minutes from our home but drive a half an hour just because of the service at this location.β

βPainless tetanus injection!!!!
Went for weight management visit and while there, the nurse practitioner informed me my tetanus vaccine was overdue. I am 60+ and have never had a non-painful dTap injection. She said there was a new way of administering them using a simple technique. I am telling you she was applying the bandaid and I was still waiting on the pinch. The technique fools the brain into not feeling the pinch. It was amazing!!! Her name is Sami Ingros, NP. This technique needs to be copied everywhere. Thank you so much!!! Wonderful provider and wonderful care!!!β

βThe Pharmacy staff here are wonderful. I have a dye allergy that makes it complicated to fill prescriptions. The pharmacists have gone above and beyond to find solutions for me, they catch mistakes (inaccurate labeling of ingredients for example) before they even fill a script, they are sympathetic and kind, and will always take the time to answer my questions and educate me about my medications, no matter how hectic it is. The technicians are also great- they are personable, kind, and you can just tell this is a place that is service-minded.β

βI have been using this Walgreens the entire eight years. Iβve lived here in Zelienople. I have never encountered any employee that was not pleasant, friendly, and eager to help me find anything that I need whether in the pharmacy or the store. I do know that recently another nearby pharmacy has closed and all their prescriptions for the most part have been sent to this Walgreens pharmacy. So I think people need to be aware of that and understand that is why there may be a line now to wait in to get your prescriptions that youβre not used to. hopefully that wonβt last long as the new people from the other pharmacy will begin to pick up their prescriptions in a rotating type manner. And in my opinion, the employees of the pharmacy old and newly hired are doing an excellent job of dealing with a huge influx of extra prescriptions, and people. Still they do not show that any pressure is on them that they are extra tired or anything else. They are always accommodating helpful and friendly. I applaud them and the newer employees in the pharmacy as they have just jumped in and done the best they can do to serve their customers..old and new alike! Please tell them what a great job theyβre doing when you visit.β
βIt's rather strange to know that the way the line is set up is often empty have of the time throughout a typical given day of operation, but packed during the other half. Because of this you may end up wanting to know if you are still expected to wait in line or not.β
