“Okay so I purchased a vehicle and after two hours of having it the check engine light popped up! Went to a shop (No name needed) they sent us away talking about I would need to make an appointment! Drove down a little and came across Walt's auto shop.My babez walked in and immediately walked back to tell me Deb will be bringing in my car. We wanted car to be scanned to find out why was the check engine light on being that we just purchased the vehicle.Walt scanned and told us everything that was going on with vehicle. Went through the car extensly and diagnosed the issues.They gave their honest opinions and was still willing to do an inspection if I chose to keep. They were super sweet,honest,and welcoming the whole time there! They were willing to talk to the dealership that I purchased car from. They even gave a written detailed description of all issues concerning car for us to provide to dealership.Man let me TELL EVERYONE if you want to be treated like family GO TO WALT'S You will be extremely pleased with them! “So I have a lifted ram truck and I went to three different automotive facilities to do an alignment and everyone turned me down. Everyone was too scared to work on a lifted truck. Not only did they do the job, but they did it with confidence. I have so much trust in this place, That I’m willing to travel from Nazareth where I am all the way up to Stroudsburg just so they can work on my vehicle again. They were always straightforward and honest, And you sometimes can’t replace the vibe. Not only do I recommend them, but I will give them more work. I will be bringing my vehicle back here.”
“I went to 2 local shops and was told I needed unnecessary repairs (I didn't know that). Luckily I went to Honest auto, the mechanics discovered I had a very simple and easily fixed problem. In a few hours I was back on the road. I was looking at $300+ with one of the other shops, this place did great work and didn't break my bank. They are already my go mechanics!!”

“Great shop. Down to earth. Friendly and efficient. $20 for labor only for an engine oil and filter change. I brought my own mobil 1 high mileage oil and oem filter. I left a $20 tip and it took 10 minutes. Really great shop. I called them to get a quote before coming by. I have had a hard time finding trustworthy mechanics so i appreciate this shop. Try them. Monday June 2 2025 update: another 20 dollar oil change by bringing my own oil and filter. Perfect. Always a 20 dollar tip. Will be coming back for brake pads and rotors soon. Thank you Nick and your team.”

“Great work & very honest! Had my Ram 1500's 4 wheel drive go out a few weeks ago. Took it to the local Dodge service center who quoted over $11,000 for a new transmission & other repairs. Took it to Barry Sommers and he had it running great for roughly $1,300. It did NOT need a new transmission. Him and his wife are the greatest!!”
