“I had this total pain in the butt situation that I found myself regarding a title transfer and a vehicle refinance that no one had the solutions to. Not even Linda at first, but she sat down with me and patiently helped me through it. It took a while because the process was very arduous and annoying. But she eventually got it taken care of for me and saved me a couple grand as well.
Linda was also extremely friendly and helpful all throughout. She was extremely patient in explaining the process to me and I will definitely be back in the future”

“I was in town for a memoral service for my cousin, and I needed 2 photos reproduced to a larger size. The woman at the copy center was very gracious even though she was by herself and had other order's before mine, she accomadated me immediately. She was so sweet and professiona to everyone who came to her counter.
She even went the extra mile and made some adjustments to one of the photos...made it look better then the original, it was amazing. Her customer service was top notch. I live in MD and the customer service here, I hate to say it, but I would not have gotten that kind of customer service at home. Kuddos to her. I think her name was Tina. Staples you need to give her a raise! :-))”

Still has that good small town post office feel where your needs are considered and it feels a part of the community rather than a sterile business. “This location has yet to give me any problems. When you need to drop off a package, they’re there to take care of it - as long as there are no issues with your package, it takes almost no time at all and you’re in/out as the snap of a finger! The staff is also really nice and there’s a lot of parking space too.
The only complaint I have is the hours, only open 4hrs most days at 4pm? That’s tricky and not everyone in the area can conveniently stop by during that window. I guess that’s why USPS is open from the morning until 5pm…”

“I like the wood work of the interior, and the big painting up on the wall a reminder of the mining history of this area, nice warm feel as you enter, it's not the steel and sheet rock of the newer offices, my mail always gets to it's destination.”
