“Richard is awesome. His competition gave me a shipping quote that ranged from $448 to $1200 to ship three small items. Richard picked up my items, packed and shipped them with insurance for less than $100!! Need I say more? Trustworthy, honest, with integrity and great customer service. You can’t ask for more. I highly recommend this team! Thank you, Richard.”

“I was in town for a memoral service for my cousin, and I needed 2 photos reproduced to a larger size. The woman at the copy center was very gracious even though she was by herself and had other order's before mine, she accomadated me immediately. She was so sweet and professiona to everyone who came to her counter. She even went the extra mile and made some adjustments to one of the photos...made it look better then the original, it was amazing. Her customer service was top notch. I live in MD and the customer service here, I hate to say it, but I would not have gotten that kind of customer service at home. Kuddos to her. I think her name was Tina. Staples you need to give her a raise! :-))”
