I was incredibly grateful for them working with me while I was frustrated, tired, and confused. Pharmacies are under so much stress from insurance companies, prescribers, patients, regulatory agencies, etc. Show some grace and appreciate all that they do! As someone who has a little bit of understanding of what happens on he other side of the counter, I was truly impressed and appreciative of the staff at this pharmacy.”
