Too much of a variety to even give a description. If I tried to show you guys photos I'd be there all day. The store is that big.
Back in the day it used to be the old value City.
But you can get everything from quick heats here to furniture television stuff and a lot of things that used to see on infomercials.

I went in for toothpaste, I came out with three candles, a lawn gnome, and a family size bag of chips I did't know existed. I'm not mad about it, Just impressed. Dollar General, you're a chaotic masterpiece. Forgot the toothpaste!!!”
“They recently remodeled and greatly expanded the Tamaqua PA Dollar General. They did a really excellent job. It's amazing how many things they have their for a dollar store. Good prices too.”

“I don't mind going here for quick in and out bits. However, the prices are actually more than local shops like Wal-Mart and there's always long lines and there can be an employee at the register doing whatever but won't even jump in to help. Gets a bit frustrating. Most of the employees are nice at least.”

“Kind of messy but they were restocking but they carry the Delectable cat food in a bag that my meows love. Litter is reasonably priced since I go through a lot with three cats. Lots of a variety of itdms, too. The cashier was helpful and pleasant.”
