“The units are clean and well maintained and the customer service is great! The manager is very friendly and helpful. I had an internet glitch when I reserved my unit online and it didn't take the reservation. They called back right away and took care of it. When I have had questions they respond very quickly to an email or if I leave a message. These days I believe customer service is lacking in a lot of businesses. That is definitely not the case with Steel City Storage. Thank you”

“This storage unit business is very secure and exceptionally well taken care of. Ingress to and egress from it either with or without a trailer is extremely easy to navigate. Rental prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this business if you are in need of short or long term storage.”
“It's open 24/7 which is nice for people who work night shift or can't get to one in the day. It is clean for a laundromat, the machines all work. They have a TV you can change the channel on. The change machines work. They have a bathroom too. The only downside is there seems to be homeless people in there every time I go. (between 3-5 am) The one is cool the he just sat there and said hi when I walked in. There was one sleeping under a table too another time I went. If you call the cops they would probably get them out of there.”

“Amazing from start to finish!! I’ve had two different units in the last 3 years and the transition from one to the other was super easy! WONDERFUL staff as well. Did not hesitate to give me step by step instructions when I locked myself out of the app. Super nice and my stuff was nice and dry the whole time!!!!”
