“I would first start out by saying the manager, Samantha, at the branch in McConnellsburg was great. If I had anything negative to say it would be during business hours and you need to go in the bank, you drive there and the lobby is closed and it's drive through only. What I needed couldn't be handled at the drive through. They don't always follow the hours of business they say there open yet close the lobby. This happened twice now in the last year. But besides that it's a very good local bank and it's convenient. The staff tries helping you, courteous and if they don't have the answer they will get someone to talk to who will know it can make a call.”

“Very nice people and have never had a problem. I see alot of 1 star reviews but none left a explanation why. Seems kinda weird why not say why or was it something petty like you didn't liked the way the teller said "hello" or did the bills feel funny.”

“I just read the reviews and I don't know where those helpful people are but they sure wasn't in there today the day before Thanksgiving. I used there atm to withdraw money and it didn't give me the money. So I went inside and told them and they pretty much said it wasn't there problem to call Patriot because that's what my bank is. Well patriot can't look at there atm's and see if it gave me the money or not but the manager in there sure could of but nope she said dispute with my bank. They didn't try to help me at all and I was withdrawaling pretty much all my money to get stuff for Thanksgiving. So now I'm stuck without money because there atm didn't give me my money but took it off my account. I guess it would have taken a manager 5mins to check the atm and see that I didn't get the money. Thanks for all the help and I hope you are in a predicament like i am and you get as much help as you gave me. UPDATE I figured i should get on and change my review because the money was back in my account the next day. I don't know what happened if this review or they had a change of heart and checked the atm like i ask them too but I really appreciate it.”

“The staff and manager at the Mcconnellsburg office so very nice. When you go to the drive thru or inside the main lobby, the staff give you a very warm welcome. Once they know you, they address me as How are you today Mr Richards.”
