The staff and manager at the Mcconnellsburg office so very nice. When you go to the drive thru or inside the main lobby, the staff give you a very warm welcome. Once they know you, they address me as How are you today Mr Richards.

The people are great & service is great, but they have to do something about online & app. I opened an account online & it's been the worst experience I've ever encountered. I have my checks & cards & still no PIN numbers to activate my debit cards.
