“I currently do not have my pet going here just because I’ve been at the same place forever. However, I needed to call around due to a back order on a prescription food that my dog receives. I can’t tell you enough how wonderful the staff is and the doctor who had indicated he would be more than willing to help us out. Due to my pet’s prescription dog food, most clinics do not accept you to purchase it even with a prescription from my pet’s vet, but they were willing if they had the food. I just want to give a shout out to the staff who I never even met in person. I can tell they were caring for my pet without even knowing my pet! Thank you very much. I believe I spoke to Amanda so thank you very much for your willing to help me and my pet! Much appreciated!”

“Dr Johns has been caring for my German Shepherd Thor and he is the only vet we have been to that is not afraid of him and was able to figure out his skin issues. He was always itching to the point where he was losing fur but Dr Johns took the time to figure out why. Thor has been on the treatment prescribed by Dr Johns for a month now and he is like a new dog. No scratching all night anymore or chewing on his paws until they are sore. Dr Johns and his staff are the best!”

“On one of the worst days we could have imagined, the staff and Dr were exceptional. If we compare it to a human ER they were very fast they brought her in did several tests and arrived at the diagnosis we were most afraid of. They euathanized her for us and gave us as much time as we wanted to say good bye. They were very compassionate and caring. We arrived at 2:40pm and left at 5:40pm, the reviews I saw complaining about how long it took I don't think were fair. We've taken my mother in law to the ER and been there 6+ hours more than once. I can't say enough good things about this place and highly recommend it in times of need. Today we got a condolence card from them.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
“Great, friendly, and knowledgeable staff, from the veterinarian level to the tech level. Beautiful facility in a pleasant location — of course most animals here would be leashed, but it’s nice having some distance from the road for extra security. The only improvement I could hope for is limited weekend hours (i.e., an 8-1 pm opening on Saturdays), but, overall so happy with the care my furry and I have received here.”
