“Dr. Scott Johns has always taken care of our animals with the utmost care and concern. I also appreciate his conservative approach to medicine, where he tries the least invasive and usually most cost effective intervention, first!”

“Our Sally of 14 years passed away on July 29th. We brought her there and staff were very sympathetic. They explained the procedure of her body being picked up and cremated then her ashes returned to us with a paw print and snips of her hair along with forget me nots seeds to plant”
“I cannot thank the incredible team at Erie Animal Hospital enough for their compassion and quick action today. We found four helpless kittens on a busy street and brought them straight inside for the night. We called this morning hoping they could quickly scan the kittens for microchips to see if they belonged to anyone. From the absolute second we walked through the door, the front desk staff stepped up. They took care of us immediately and scanned each kitten
Even though we weren't regular clients and it was just a quick microchip check, they treated us with the utmost kindness and showed true dedication to animal welfare. If you want a veterinary team that genuinely cares about animals and the community, this is the place. Thank you all so much for helping us keep these sweet kittens safe!”
“Excellent veterinary clinic . Very clean and friendly atmosphere. The staff was very polite and friendly and the Vet (Dr Hall that took care of my dog was very pleasant informative and thoughtful while caring for me and my pet .The vet tech was extremely nice . It was a pleasant visit for Henry , Gabbie & Rudy ☺”
“The front desk staff are very friendly. I felt like some of the vets were more interested in finding ways to make money from a scared and worried pet parent then actually helping. I brought a kitten in and we discussed a potential allergy. I wanted to wait and see. I called back 3 days later to request the same meds that had been prescribed to her sister. I was told that I would need to schedule (and pay full price for) a new appointment. I asked why and was told I would need to bring the kitten back in case anything had changed in 3 days.
When I asked more questions, she was prescribed an OTC allergy medicine because that could be given without a prescription. Why was that not offered originally?”
“Exceptional describes the young talent behind the counter! All of the staff are wonderfully efficient, but this is about the young phenom I encountered a few days ago! Her approach in public relations reveal a person whose end game is possibly studying to be a Vet herself! Very kind , empathetic and professional! Both her and the other staff , especially the Veterinians themselves date me back to the late 70s as a very satisfied customer!”
“I recently had to bring my pet in for a checkup, and I was really happy with how everything turned out. The staff was incredibly caring and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. They clearly love what they do, and it showed in how gentle they were with my little companion. The place was clean and well-maintained, which put my mind at ease, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality care for their furry family member. “I cannot thank the team at McKean Animal Hospital enough for the profound compassion and quick action they showed us during an incredibly difficult time. We brought our cat in, and the staff immediately recognized how poorly he was doing. Without a moment's hesitation, the technician consulted the doctor right away to get labs started.Ultimately, our sweet boy was just too sick, and we had to make the devastating decision to put him down. While it was not the outcome we desperately wanted, the urgency, professionalism, and genuine empathy shown by the entire office staff meant the world to us. They treated our boy with dignity and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. I highly recommend McKean Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares.”
“Incredible staff, great price, fast service. Great price on exotics.
We went in as an emergency, they were able to fit us in within 20 minutes of our call. The staff is a joy to interact with. They were thorough, and attentive to our animal's needs. Highly recommend.”

“There are no comparable vets than Dr. Ben and his caring and compassionate staff at Choice Vets. I would never consider entrusting the care of my three cats to anyone else. The entire staff is professional, very knowledgeable, and so very compassionate. They recently took care of my sick elderly cat and I'm so happy that she has recovered completely. If I could rate them with ten stars, I would!”
