Giant Eagle Pharmacy provides reliable and prompt service with warm and welcoming employees who often take the extra step to help. The location is a good, extensive grocery store with a solid selection of items, from fresh produce to pre-packaged food, deli, frozen section, and seasonal items. It also includes a Starbucks and areas for vitamins and health. While prices can be kind of high, the store is generally clean. The pharmacy staff is understanding and kind, offering courteous service even in special circumstances.

Pharmacists are helpful and knowledgeable!! They have finally fixed the no answer phone problem. But, the Staff are absolutely horrible. Rude, incompetent, and ignorant. Unbelievable 😡

The staff is always nice and the pharmacist will also talk to customers to ask specific questions about the medications. To make sure the customers are not taking more meds than needed.
