Highly recommend. Scheduled on-line for next day appt. Easily uploaded pics of insurance card and license. Parked in front of building 5 minutes before appt time. Checked in remotely. In 2 minutes, they came out to the car and tested me and I was done. Got emailed results the next morning.

Tests results were back quickly. Parking is parallel parking only. No one was around to answer the door or phone when I arrived but people came out after a few minutes. Was wondering if I was in the right place for a minute!
